hello blogging world!

First off, hi! My name is Whitney Lauren (yes, i do indeed have two first names), but I'm also know as "ilovebooksgirl" in the digital world via YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Goodreads, Tumblr, Libio, etc. For those who know me from one of these sites, hi friend! If you are seeing me for the first time, then, WELCOME NEW FRIEND! :D

Secondly, I've decided to make this blog because as a BookTuber-- a YouTuber who makes videos about books and all things bookish--I thought it was time to have an appropriate blog where I can write reviews of all the books I've read/continue to read instead of just writing it on Goodreads or Amazon; this blog will be my own little space that I want to share with all of you!

Thirdly, this is also a way for me to improve on my writing skills and analysis on books that I review to make sure I'm as honest as possible while sounding a bit more professional ;)
